The desire to keep the aromas and flavors of childhood forever and the irresistible love of burek, created in the early 60's, was the main driver and idea of the creation of today's unique and modern Uzice's bakery "BLUE MOON". Using old recipes, using the highest quality raw materials and skilled hands of the best Uzice's bakers, the traditional way of making handmade crusts, we made burek, pies and the famous Uzice bun set (buns with everything) - products that all the senses enjoy!
