The discounted rate of EUR 52.00 per person applies only to employees & their partner/family when booking together.

• Presenting a valid company discount card at the time of booking.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or group discounts.
2. Booking Process
• Bookings must be made directly with Hera Cruises via email info@heracruises.com
• Employees must provide their full name, company name, and copy of their employee discount card when sending the email to check availability.
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to cruise.
3. Payment
• The discounted rate is payable in full at boarding.
• Hera Cruises accepts ONLY credit card payments at boarding.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
• Cancellations or amendments must be communicated by email at least 24 hours prior to cruise or by calling us on +356 79445448
5. Use of Services
• The discounted rate applies to scheduled cruises only and excludes private charter bookings.
• Hera Cruises reserves the right to modify cruise schedules, routes, or onboard amenities for operational reasons, with notice given to employees where possible.
