The Museum of the History of the Polish Peasant Movement is an institution dedicated to documenting the history of the peasant movement and life in the Polish countryside. Its main headquarters is located in the historic “Yellow Tavern” at 204 Wilanowska Avenue in Warsaw. Founded in 1984, the museum preserves artifacts related to peasant political parties, rural cultural organizations, and notable activists. Its collections include documents, correspondence of Wincenty Witos, and works of folk artists.
The museum’s branch in Sandomierz, operating since 1985, is situated in a townhouse at 9 Market Square. It showcases the history of the local peasant movement through exhibits such as banners, documents, photographs, folk publications, and both professional and non‑professional paintings. The branch also engages in educational and archival activities, emphasizing the cultural heritage of the rural communities of the region.

Muzeum Historii Polskiego Ruchu Ludowego to instytucja poświęcona dziejom ruchu ludowego i historii polskiej wsi. Jego główna siedziba mieści się w zabytkowej „Żółtej Karczmie” przy al. Wilanowskiej 204 w Warszawie. Placówka, założona w 1984 roku, gromadzi pamiątki związane z działalnością partii chłopskich, wiejskich organizacji społeczno‑kulturalnych oraz wybitnych działaczy ruchu ludowego. Wśród eksponatów znajdują się m.in. dokumenty, korespondencja Wincentego Witosa oraz sztuka twórców ludowych.
Oddział muzeum w Sandomierzu, działający od 1985 roku, mieści się w kamienicy przy Rynku 9. Prezentuje zbiory ukazujące historię ruchu ludowego w regionie, w tym sztandary, dokumenty, fotografie, publikacje oraz malarstwo zawodowe i nieprofesjonalne. Oddział prowadzi także działalność edukacyjną i archiwistyczną, podkreślając rolę tradycji chłopskich w kulturze regionu.
