The Historical Museum in Białystok, a branch of the Podlaskie Museum, is located at 37 Warszawska Street. It showcases the history of Białystok and the wider Podlasie region through extensive collections that include archival materials, iconography, urban crafts, and a numismatic cabinet featuring around 20,000 coins, medals, and historical securities. The museum also preserves Poland’s only collection documenting the heritage of the Tatar communities living in the Polish‑Lithuanian‑Belarusian borderlands. Among its most valuable items is the 1769 Guild Privilege issued by Jan Klemens Branicki and Izabela Branicka. Permanent and temporary exhibitions, including a multimedia model of old Białystok, offer visitors an immersive journey through the city’s historical transformations from the 18th to the 20th century.

Muzeum Historyczne w Białymstoku, będące oddziałem Muzeum Podlaskiego, mieści się przy ul. Warszawskiej 37. Placówka prezentuje historię Białegostoku i regionu Podlasia poprzez bogate zbiory obejmujące archiwalia, ikonografię, rzemiosło, kulturę mieszczańską oraz kolekcję numizmatów liczącą około 20 000 obiektów. Muzeum posiada także unikalny w skali kraju zbiór pamiątek związanych z osadnictwem tatarskim na pograniczu polsko‑litewsko‑białoruskim. Wśród najcenniejszych eksponatów znajduje się m.in. Przywilej Cechowy z 1769 roku wydany przez Jana Klemensa i Izabelę Branickich. Stałe i czasowe wystawy, a także makieta dawnego Białegostoku z prezentacją multimedialną, ukazują rozwój miasta od XVIII do XX wieku.
