The Karkonosze Museum in Jelenia Góra showcases the history, culture, and heritage of the Karkonosze (Giant Mountains), the Silesian‑Czech borderland, and Lower Silesia. Its most renowned feature is the largest collection of artistic glass in Poland, comprising more than 9,000 objects spanning ancient to contemporary periods.
The museum also includes exhibitions on the history of Jelenia Góra and a traditional Karkonosze Cottage furnished with authentic 17th–19th‑century interiors. Interactive multimedia installations enhance the visitor experience.

Muzeum Karkonoskie w Jeleniej Górze prezentuje historię, kulturę i dziedzictwo Karkonoszy, pogranicza śląsko‑czeskiego oraz całego Dolnego Śląska. Jego największym skarbem jest największa w Polsce kolekcja szkła artystycznego, licząca ponad 9 tys. obiektów z różnych epok – od starożytności po czasy współczesne.
Placówka oferuje także wystawy dotyczące dziejów Jeleniej Góry i regionu oraz etnograficzną Chatę Karkonoską, w której zgromadzono autentyczne wyposażenie z XVII–XIX wieku. Wiele elementów ekspozycji wzbogacono o multimedia – interaktywne mapy, ekrany dotykowe i instalacje edukacyjne.
