The Museum of Industrial History in Opatówek is located in a historic 19th‑century textile factory built between 1824 and 1826—one of the best‑preserved early industrial buildings of its kind in Europe. Its five‑storey wooden hall structure and cast‑iron staircase create an authentic setting for permanent exhibitions that showcase the development of various branches of industry, including textiles, lace-making, printing, metalwork, and ceramics. The museum is also renowned for its impressive collection of over sixty Polish pianos and grand pianos from the 19th and early 20th centuries. It offers a unique insight into the industrial heritage of the Kalisz region, featuring historic machinery, technical documents, and a wide range of industrial products.

Muzeum Historii Przemysłu w Opatówku mieści się w zabytkowej, klasycystycznej fabryce sukienniczej z lat 1824–1826 – jednym z najlepiej zachowanych obiektów przemysłowych z początku XIX wieku w Europie. W pięciokondygnacyjnym budynku, z oryginalną drewnianą konstrukcją i żeliwną klatką schodową, prezentowane są stałe ekspozycje ukazujące rozwój różnych gałęzi przemysłu: od włókiennictwa, koronkarstwa i druku, po metalurgię, produkcję ceramiki czy maszyn. Muzeum słynie także z jednej z największych kolekcji polskich fortepianów i pianin z XIX i XX wieku. To wyjątkowe miejsce pozwala odkryć historię kalisko-ostrowskiego okręgu przemysłowego oraz zobaczyć unikalne maszyny, dokumenty i wyroby przemysłowe z minionych epok.
